What you need

red bell pepper
oz Mild Italian Sausage

pinch black pepper

cup rice

pinch salt

red onion

cup teriyaki sauce
Instructions
1. Slice the sausage into thick, bite-sized pieces. 2. Chop the zucchini, red bell pepper, and red onion into pieces similar in size to the sausage. 3. Thread the sausage and vegetable pieces onto skewers, alternating between them. 4. Season the assembled skewers with salt and pepper on all sides. 5. Place the skewers on a preheated grill and cook until the sausage is heated through and the vegetables have grill marks and are tender-crisp. 6. Remove the skewers from the grill. 7. Serve the skewers over a bed of cooked white rice. 8. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce just before serving.
