lb ground beef

cup shredded cheese

cup lettuce

cup Crema Mexicana

corn tortilla

tomato

onion
Instructions
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with chopped onion and sliced serrano peppers until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat. 2. Warm the corn tortillas on a hot griddle or comal for a few seconds on each side to make them pliable. 3. Spoon the cooked beef mixture into the center of each warm tortilla. 4. Fold the tortillas in half over the filling to create the taco shape. 5. In a separate pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Carefully place the folded tacos into the hot oil and fry for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy. 6. Remove the fried tacos from the oil and place them on a wire rack to drain. 7. Once drained, fill the tacos with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese. 8. Finish by drizzling with Mexican crema and serve immediately.
