Homemade Mexican Pizza (but better)

Tony was craving Taco Bell’s Mexican Pizza… so I made it at home! This version is crunchy, saucy, and cheesy, no drive-thru needed.

What you need

oz shredded cheese

cup sour cream

lb ground beef

cup refried beans

can tomato sauce

flour tortilla

bunch green onion
fresh tomatoes

jalapeno pepper

Instructions
1. Brown ground beef with onion & jalapeños. 2. Season with El Mero Mero seasoning and add tomato sauce. 3. Lightly fry flour tortillas until crispy. 4. To build: Place a crispy tortilla, then add refried beans, ground beef, and a little El Pato sauce. 5. Top with a second tortilla, more El Pato sauce, and shredded cheese. 6. Torch until the cheese is melty and perfect. 7. Finish it off with sour cream, diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, and extra jalapeños.View original recipe
