What you need

tbsp green salsa

oz butter

fries

oz cream cheese

lobster tail

seasoning mix

oz sharp cheddar

tbsp garlic

lb velveeta
Instructions
1: Preheat your @primoceramicgrills to 350 degrees indirect. 2: For the smoked queso, combine Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, Rotel, chopped garlic, green salsa, and your favorite seasoning in a pot. 3: Check the queso in about 30 minutes and stir; add some beer if you want it thinner. 4: Cook for another 15 minutes if needed, until the cheese is smooth and melted. 5: For the lobster, split the lobster tails in half and clean them. Add your favorite seasoning and baste with rich butter. 6: Cook until the internal temp of the lobster hits 135-140 degrees. 7: Fry the fries or use your oven to cook them. 8: Chop up the lobster and add it to the fries.
