What you need

Instructions
1. In a large pot of boiling water, add ½ white onion, 2 garlic heads, 3 bay leaves, 5 lbs pork feet, and 4 tsp salt. 2. Boil tomatillos for 4 minutes, then serranos for 6 minutes. Add all to the blender. 3. Blend the sauce: tomatillos, serranos, ¼ onion, 5 garlic cloves, cilantro, chicken bouillon, and salt to taste. 4. Cook pig’s feet until fork tender (about 2–3 hours). 5. Fry the sauce in a little oil, bring to a boil, then add pig’s feet. Simmer for 10–15 minutes. 6. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
