Instructions
1: Blend orange juice, lime juice, onion, oregano, achiote, bouillon, and both chile adobos until smooth. 2: Rub chickens with El Matador Chicken Seasoning. 3: Pour marinade over chicken (save ½ cup for basting) and let it chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. 4: Grill the chicken indirectly.
