A delicious pulled beef sandwich made with seasoned beef chuck, ranch seasoning, and Au jus mix, topped with pepper jack cheese and served on toasted hamburger buns.

What you need

oz butter

hamburger bun

pepperoncini

au jus gravy

oz pepperjack cheese

lb chuck roast
oz ranch mix
rub

slice pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
1: Season with your favorite beef rub. 2: Add Hickory Pellets to your smoker and set temp to 275 degrees. 3: Leave in smoker for 2 hours or until you get a nice mahogany color then remove and place in a Dutch oven or pan. 4: Add butter, place roast on top, add Au jus mix, Ranch seasoning, 8 oz of beef broth and 5 whole pepperoncini’s. Cover and cook for another 2 hours or until probe tender. 5: After 2 hours with a fork check for tenderness. It is ready when meat pulls apart with ease. 6: Let meat cool down before pulling. 7: Toast your buns, add your cheese and place meat on top.
