Instructions
1. Prepare the marinade by combining yogurt, mustard, and all the dry seasonings in a large bowl. 2. Place the whole chickens in the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. 3. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator, preferably overnight. 4. Preheat your oven or smoker to the desired temperature. 5. Arrange the marinated chicken in a baking pan. 6. Roast the chicken until it is fully cooked, with an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C), and the skin is golden brown and crispy.
