Instructions
1: Season the scallops with your favorite fish seasoning and let it sit for 5 minutes. 2: Add Mazola® Corn oil to a preheated pan at medium heat. 3: Add scallops to the pan and cook for 3 minutes, then flip. 4: Cook until scallops reach a temperature of 120°F. 5: Add asparagus to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.View original recipe
