SHRIMP BOIL BUT MAKE IT A BUTTER BATH

What you need

lb pork sausage

tbsp guajillo chile

lb baby potato

lb shrimp

tbsp cayenne pepper

tbsp table salt

oz crawfish
lemon

white onion

tbsp seafood seasoning

tbsp old bay seasoning
tbsp lemon-pepper seasoning

unsalted butter

salted butter
cob corn
cup broth
head fresh garlic
Instructions
Bring ½ gallon of water to a boil and add 1 white onion (split in half), 2 lemons (wedged), 1 pack crawfish seasoning, 2 tbsp salt, and 3 tbsp Matador Seafood Seasoning. Add 6 corn on the cob (cut bite-size) and boil for 15 minutes. Remove corn. Add 3 lbs baby potatoes and boil until tender, then remove. For the Butter Sauce: Melt 6 sticks unsalted butter + 4 sticks salted butter on low heat. Add 3 heads minced garlic and cook for 3–4 minutes. Season with 2 tbsp lemon pepper, 2 tbsp Old Bay, 2 tbsp cayenne, 2 tbsp El Matador Seafood Seasoning, 2 tbsp El Matador Guajillo Chile Adobo, and 1 cup reserved broth. Bring the sauce to a boil, then add 2 lbs pork sausage (bite-size) and cook for 5 minutes. Add 5 lbs shrimp + juice of 2 lemons. Cook until the shrimp turns pink. In a large pan, combine potatoes, corn, shrimp & sausage. Pour ALL that butter sauce on top and enjoy!View original recipe
