Instructions
1. Grill the steak, chorizo, whole nopales, spring onions, and chili peppers until cooked through and nicely charred. 2. While the ingredients are grilling, heat the molcajete in an oven or on a grill at a high temperature for at least 30 minutes until it is extremely hot. 3. Once everything is cooked, slice the nopales into strips. 4. Carefully move the hot molcajete to a heat-proof serving board. 5. Pour the warm salsa into the center of the molcajete; it should sizzle vigorously. 6. Arrange the sliced nopales and steak around the inner walls of the molcajete. 7. Add the grilled chorizo and thick slices of panela cheese into the salsa. 8. Top with the grilled spring onions and chili peppers. 9. Serve immediately while it is still sizzling.
