Smoked Tri-Tip Sliders

Juicy smoked tri-tip, thinly sliced and served on soft slider buns, topped with provolone cheese, sauteed onions, and a drizzle of BBQ sauce. A perfect appetizer or main course for any occasion.

Instructions
1. Generously season the tri-tip with beef rub on all sides. 2. Place the tri-tip on a preheated grill and smoke until it reaches your desired internal temperature. 3. While the meat is cooking, slice onions and sauté them in a pan with oil until softened. 4. Once the tri-tip is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest before slicing against the grain. 5. Slice the slider buns in half and place slices of the cooked tri-tip on the bottom buns. 6. Top the tri-tip with a slice of provolone cheese. 7. Add the sautéed onions over the cheese. 8. Drizzle with BBQ sauce. 9. Place the top buns on the sliders and serve.
