Instructions
1. Sear pork ribs in a skillet until golden brown. 2. Season ribs with your favorite pork rub. 3. Boil tomatillos and jalapeños until they change color. 4. Blend boiled tomatillos and jalapeños with 1/4 onion, a handful of cilantro, 2 cups of water, and 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon until smooth. 5. Cut nopales into pieces and boil with onion and salt until tender and the color changes. 6. Add ribs and blended green sauce to a skillet and simmer for about 30 minutes or until tender. 7. Stir in the cooked cactus and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 8. Serve with your favorite sides.
