dried chiles

clove garlic

tbsp corn oil

tsp salt
fresh tomatoes
Instructions
1: In a heated pan, add 1 tbsp corn oil. Sauté chiles, ½ the onion, and ½ the garlic until chiles darken slightly. 2: Add ½ cup water + a pinch of salt. Toss in the tomatoes and steam until soft. 3: Blend tomatoes, sautéed mix, 2 tbsp chipotle in adobo, 1 cup water, 1 tsp salt until smooth. 4: In a clean pan, heat 1 tbsp corn oil. Sauté remaining onion & garlic, then add shrimp + your fave seafood seasoning (or just salt). 5: Once shrimp start turning pink, pour in that spicy sauce!
