Instructions
1: Slice and dice the green onions and jalapeños. 2: In a bowl, combine with cream cheese and Colby Jack cheese. Mix and set aside. 3: Cut a slit on the chicken breast to create a little pocket. 4: Season chicken breast with your favorite chicken seasoning. 5: Stuff chicken breast with your cream cheese mix. 6: Lay down 6 slices of bacon and wrap your stuffed chicken breast. 7: Add Applemash Pellets to your smoker and set temp to 325 degrees. 8: Place in smoker, cook until bacon is fully cooked and internal temp of chicken reaches 165 degrees.
