cup brown sugar

cup apple juice

fl oz barbecue sauce

Instructions
1: Apply oil to your pork ribs along with your favorite barbecue rub. 2: On the bone side, season with salt, pepper, and garlic. 3: Set up your smoker temp at 275°F and smoke for three hours while spritzing with apple juice every 30 minutes. 4: After three hours, wrap in foil with parkay, brown sugar, and Louisiana hot sauce. 5: Place back in the smoker for 45 minutes. 6: After 45 minutes, unwrap and add your favorite barbecue sauce. 7: Leave the pork ribs uncovered for 15 minutes and they are done. 8: Serve with your favorite sides.View original recipe
