What you need
lime

white onion

tsp salt

pepper

oz queso fresco
bay leaf

bunch cilantro
nopales

red onion

tbsp chicken bouillon

corn tortilla

clove garlic clove
fresh tomatoes

tbsp jalapeno pepper
Instructions
1: Bring 10 cups of water to a boil. Add white onion, garlic, bay leaf, chicken bouillon, and sliced nopales. 2: Boil for 7–8 minutes until the nopales change color. Strain and transfer to an ice bath. 3: Once cooled, strain again and mix with tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño vinegar, salt, and pepper. 4: Warm up El Comal Corn Tortillas and assemble your tacos. 5: Top with queso fresco, serve, and enjoy!View original recipe
