What you need

lb raw shrimp

cup water

cup cabbage

tsp black pepper

white onion

tsp table salt
tsp dried oregano

cup plain flour

avocado

tbsp chicken bouillon

clove garlic clove

dried arbol chiles
fresh tomatoes
Instructions
1. Mix chopped shrimp with 2 diced tomatoes, ¼ diced onion, ¼ bunch cilantro, 1 tsp oregano, ¼ cup flour & seafood seasoning. 2. Blend 3 tomatoes, ¼ onion, 3 garlic cloves, 10 chile de árbol, 4 chile puya, ¼ bunch cilantro, 1 tbsp chicken bouillon, 1 tsp oregano, ¼ cup water to make salsa. 3. Pour salsa over chopped cabbage. 4. Build tacos with shrimp mix and fry until crispy golden. 5. Top with cabbage salsa and slices of avocado. Enjoy.
