What you need

oz oaxaca cheese

tsp oregano

tbsp mayonnaise

lb shrimp

tsp seafood seasoning

bunch cilantro

clove garlic clove

corn tortilla
anaheim chile
fresh tomatoes

tbsp chipotle chili
Instructions
1: In a bowl, season your chopped shrimp with your favorite seafood seasoning. 2: In a hot skillet, add 2 tbsp butter, then sauté onion, Anaheim chiles, garlic, and tomatoes. Add salt & pepper to taste. Cook until veggies are soft, then set aside. 3: Add 1 tbsp butter to the skillet, cook shrimp until it turns pink, then mix in the sautéed veggies. 4: Stir in chipotle sauce, mayo, oregano, and chopped cilantro. Mix well. 5: Heat tortillas on the skillet, add Oaxaca cheese.
