Tony’s Favorite Bistec a la Mexicana

A flavorful Mexican-style beef dish with chuck steak, jalapeños, garlic, onion, tomatoes, and a kick from El Pato sauce, simmered with cilantro.

What you need

oz steak seasoning

pepper
fresh tomatoes

bunch fresh cilantro

lb chuck steak

clove garlic clove

jalapeno pepper
tbsp beef bouillon
Instructions
1. In a skillet, add beef tallow and bring up to temperature. 2. Add some jalapeños (as many as you can handle) and fry until they change color. 3. Then add thinly sliced chuck steak. Season with your favorite steak seasoning. 4. Once the steak is halfway cooked, add 2 chopped garlic cloves, pepper, onion, tomatoes, and 1 cup of El Pato sauce. 5. Mix everything together and bring to a boil. 6. Add 1 tablespoon of beef bouillon (optional) and mix. 7. Add as much cilantro as you want (approximately 1/4 bunch). 8.
