tbsp chicken bouillon

cup sour cream

fl oz hot sauce

cup mayo

tsp salt

clove garlic clove

cup lettuce

bunch vegetable mix
Instructions
1: In boiling water, add garlic, onion, bay leaves, and bouillon. Add chicken. 2: Cook until chicken is fork-tender. Remove and shred. 3: In the same water, boil mixed veggies for a few minutes. Drain. 4: In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, veggies, lettuce, mayo, sour cream, salt, and pepper. 5: Spoon onto La Peñita Tostadas, top with jalapeños and hot sauce.View original recipe
