What you need

tbsp corn oil

white onion

pepper

yellow bell pepper

red bell pepper

green bell pepper

tsp chili powder

bunch cilantro

tsp cumin

lb ribeye steak

fl oz lime juice

fl oz orange juice
Instructions
1: Cube your choice of meat (Ribeye). 2: For the marinade, mix the juice of 4 oranges, juice of 8 key limes, 2 tablespoons of Corn Oil, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and 1 teaspoon of cumin. 3: Season the meat with salt and pepper. 4: Pour the marinade over the meat along with sliced white onion and cilantro. 5: Place everything in a Ziploc bag and let it marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. 6: After marinating, assemble your skewers with the marinated meat and red/yellow/green bell peppers. 7: Grill the skewers until desired doneness.View original recipe
