tbsp mustard

cup bbq sauce

splash club soda
oz bbq seasoning
Instructions
1: Remove the membrane from the ribs. 2: Add mustard if desired and apply your favorite BBQ rub. 3: Set up your smoker at 250°F. 4: Add your choice of wood chunk (apple used here). 5: Smoke the ribs for 3 hours. 6: Wrap the ribs with parkay and a splash of soda and smoke for 40 minutes. 7: Remove the foil and smoke an additional 15 minutes. 8: Add your favorite BBQ sauce and let it sit in the smoker for an additional 10 minutes.View original recipe
