Simple Shrimp Tacos

A very simple and heart-healthy shrimp taco recipe featuring Mazola® Corn Oil, perfect for a delicious and easy meal for the whole family.

What you need

tsp salt

tsp seafood seasoning

bunch cilantro

head green cabbage

head purple cabbage

oz cotija cheese

splash lime juice

cup red bell pepper

fl oz chipotle chili

cup onion

corn tortilla

lb raw shrimp

tbsp corn oil
Instructions
In a large bowl, add 2 lbs. of deveined and peeled shrimp. Add 1 tbsp of Mazola® Corn Oil then sprinkle your favorite seafood seasoning and mix well. In a pan at medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp Mazola® Corn Oil and sauté ½ cup of onion and 1 cup of red bell peppers. Add salt and pepper to your liking, then add your seasoned shrimp to the pan. Once the shrimp changes color, they are done. Warm up a corn or flour tortilla, then add your cooked shrimp and vegetable mixture. Garnish with green and purple cabbage, fresh cilantro, a splash of lime juice, chipotle sauce, and finally, crumbled queso cotija. Enjoy!View original recipe
