Instructions
1. Boil chicken with onion, celery, carrots, garlic, bay leaves, black pepper, and salt. Shred once cooked. 2. Blend tomatoes, garlic, onion, chipotle, bouillon, and a splash of water into a smooth sauce. 3. Sauté sliced onion in oil, then add chicken and sauce. Let it simmer for 5–10 minutes. 4. Build your tostada: spread crema on a tostada, add lettuce, top with tinga, drizzle with crema, sprinkle with queso fresco, and finish with hot sauce.
