What you need

oz chicken seasoning

yellow bell pepper

orange bell pepper

red onion

red bell pepper
lb chicken breast

green bell pepper

tbsp corn oil

tbsp salt & pepper
Instructions
1: Slice red, yellow, orange, green bell peppers and both onions. 2: Add 1 tbsp of Mazola® Corn Oil, salt, and pepper to the veggies. 3: Slice chicken breast into strips. 4: Add 2 tbsp of Mazola® Corn Oil and chicken seasoning to the chicken. 5: Cook chicken in griddle or cast-iron skillet until it reaches an internal temp of 165°F. 6: Add veggies to the griddle and cook to your texture liking. 7: Mix chicken and veggies together and serve in soft flour tortillas with salsa and lime juice.View original recipe
