What you need

cup panko breadcrumbs

tsp black pepper

cup shredded mozzarella

oz cream cheese

cup cheddar cheese

oz elbow macaroni

cup half & half
Instructions
1: Cook the pasta for 5-7 minutes. 2: Drain pasta and rinse with cold water. 3: In a cast iron skillet, combine half-and-half, 1 stick of butter, cream cheese, and black pepper; whisk until smooth. Add paprika and whisk some more. 4: Add pasta to the skillet and mix. 5: Melt 2 tablespoons of butter, mix with Panko breadcrumbs, and sprinkle on top of the mac and cheese. Sprinkle paprika to your liking. 6: Add Hickory Pellets to your smoker and set the temperature to 275 degrees. 7: Place mac and cheese in the smoker for 20 minutes to get a kiss of smoke. 8: When the cheese is bubbling, your mac is done. 9: Serve and Enjoy!View original recipe
