cup soy sauce

cup brown sugar

fl oz teriyaki sauce

bunch green onion

clove garlic clove

oz sesame seed
lb bone-in beef short ribs
Instructions
1: In a bowl combine 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 cup of soy sauce, 1 cup of pineapple juice, and 5 crushed garlic cloves and mix well. 2: Pour mix in a bowl with your Flanken short ribs. Marinate for at least 2 hours. 3: Set up smoker at 325°F using the Perfect Mix Pellets. 4: Cook until desired doneness. 5: When ribs are done, brush on your favorite Teriyaki sauce. 6: Cook for another 5 minutes for the sauce to set. 7: Garnish your Flanken ribs with green onions and sesame seeds. 8: Enjoy!View original recipe
