Instructions
1. Prepare the stock by simmering celery, carrots, garlic, bay leaves, and shrimp shells with elmatadorseasoning. 2. Cook shrimp in the stock for 4 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking. 3. Chill the cooked stock in the refrigerator for 2 hours. 4. Combine chilled stock with chopped tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, serranos, cilantro, and shrimp. 5. Add a splash of camaronazo juice and lime juice to the mixture. 6. Enhance with salsa marisquera and chiltepin hot sauce for a spicy kick. 7. Serve the shrimp cocktail topped with avocado slices.
