What you need

Instructions
In a bowl, combine 1 cup Worcestershire Sauce, ½ cup soy sauce, 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of onion powder, 4 minced garlic, the juice of 2 lemons, 1 tbsp of black pepper, and 2 tbsp of Heart-healthy* Mazola® Corn Oil. Whisk all ingredients together to create the marinade. Place the 4, 1-inch thick pork chops in the marinade and let them marinate for 20 minutes. While the pork chops are marinating, set up your grill to medium-high heat. Grill your pork chops until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit or your preferred doneness.
