A delicious Spicy Shrimp dish prepared with guajillo chili pods, shrimp, and a flavorful sauce. Serve over white rice for a complete meal.

What you need

tbsp corn oil

cup white rice

garlic

tsp oregano

onion

cup water

shrimp

tsp seafood seasoning

tsp lemon pepper
fresh tomatoes

Instructions
1: Remove seeds from guajillo chili pods. 2: Place your skillet on the grill at medium heat and add 1 tbsp of Corn Oil. 3: Add your chile pods and sauté. 4: When color changes, add your garlic, onion, tomatoes, and ½ cup of water. 5: When tomatoes are soft, they are ready to be added to the blender. 6: Blend with 2 tsp oregano, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp lemon pepper, and 1 cup of water. 7: Place your shrimp on skewers or directly on the grill. 8: Season with your favorite seafood seasoning. 9: Cook halfway through and remove. 10: Place skillet back on the grill at medium heat and add 1 tbsp of Corn Oil, then add your sauce and shrimp. 11: Bring to a boil and they are done. 12: Serve over white rice and enjoy!View original recipe
