Instructions
1: Sear ribs on a skillet until golden brown. 2: Boil tomatillos and jalapeños until they change color. 3: Place boiled tomatillos and jalapeños in the blender with onion, cilantro, water, and chicken bouillon. Blend until smooth. 4: Cut cactus into pieces and boil with onion and salt until soft and color has changed. 5: In a skillet, place the ribs and sauce and simmer for about 20 minutes. 6: Add cactus and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 7: Serve with your favorite sides.View original recipe
