Instructions
1. In a large bowl, add chopped cooked shrimp. 2. Add diced tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion to the bowl. 3. Add diced jalapeno peppers and chopped cilantro. 4. Pour hot sauce over the mixture. 5. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Mix all ingredients together until well combined. 7. To assemble, spread mashed avocado evenly on a tostada. 8. Top the avocado with a generous portion of the shrimp ceviche. 9. Drizzle with additional hot sauce before serving.
