Instructions
1. In a large bowl, add shrimp, lime juice, plus salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to let the shrimp 'cook' in the lime. 2. After 20 minutes, mix in the ground serranito, soy sauce, Maggi sauce, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, and jalapeños. Stir everything together until well combined. 3. Taste and adjust with more salt and pepper if needed. 4. To build your tostada, grab a crispy corn tostada, spread avocado on top, then add a generous scoop of ceviche. 5.
