lb pork skins

cup lime juice

tsp salt

cup clam juice
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped pork skins, diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and jalapeños. 2. Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl. 3. Pour the lime juice, Clamato, and hot sauce over the mixture. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined. 6.
