Instructions
1. Remove the seeds from the jalapeños using an apple corer. 2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and shredded cheese until creamy. 3. Fill each jalapeño with the cheese mixture. 4. Wrap the stuffed jalapeños with ground pork, ensuring they are fully sealed. 5. Season generously with your favorite BBQ rub. 6. Wrap each pork-covered jalapeño with bacon, overlapping to prevent any gaps. 7. Place in your smoker preheated to 325°F. 8. Smoke for 1 hour 20 minutes. 9. Brush on your favorite BBQ sauce. 10. Smoke for another 15 minutes to set the glaze. 11. Remove from the smoker and let cool for 5 minutes. 12. Enjoy the stuffed jalapeños with a cheese explosion.
