What you need

Instructions
1: Peel and devein your shrimp. 2: Slice your onion and quarter the tomatoes. 3: Remove seeds from all guajillo chiles and cut them into quarters. 4: Mince your garlic. 5: In a medium heated cast iron or pan, add 1 tablespoon of corn oil and quickly sauté with your chiles, half of your onion, and half of your minced garlic until your chiles change color. 6: Add half a cup of water to steam your tomatoes and a pinch of salt. 7: When tomatoes have softened, add all ingredients to your blender with 2 tablespoons of chipotle, 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of salt and blend until smooth. 8: In a medium heated cast iron or pan, add 1 tablespoon of corn oil and sauté the remaining onion and garlic with your shrimp. 9: Add your favorite seafood seasoning or just add salt. 10: When your shrimp starts to change color, add your sauce, bring to a boil and it's done!View original recipe
