Instructions
Start with a little mustard binder. Season the bone side of the ribs with salt and pepper, and apply your favorite BBQ rub to the other side. Set your smoker to 250°F and let the ribs smoke for 3 hours. After 3 hours, wrap the ribs in foil with butter and a splash of water for 45 minutes.
