Shrimp Linguine

This delicious Shrimp Linguine features large shrimp paired with linguine pasta, garlic, shallots, parsley, and a touch of white wine, all cooked to perfection in just 20 minutes.

What you need

shallot

pinch salt

pinch pepper

cup dry white wine

tbsp corn oil

clove garlic clove
lemon

tsp salt & pepper

lb linguine

tbsp red chilli flakes
lb extra large shrimp
Instructions
1: Peel and devein your shrimp. 2: Boil your linguine pasta for 7-8 minutes, seasoning the pasta water with chicken flavor Bouillon or salt. 3: Chop your parsley and onion, and mince your garlic. 4: In a pan at medium heat, add butter and Corn Oil with your garlic and shallots. Cook for a couple of minutes. 5: Add your dry white wine to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes, then add your pepper flakes. 6: Add your shrimp along with a mix of salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cook until the shrimp is fully cooked. 7: Finally, add your linguine to the pan and garnish with parsley. Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
