lb skirt steak

Instructions
1. Season the skirt steak generously on both sides with arrachera seasoning, rubbing it into the meat. 2. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, diced ham, diced red bell pepper, corn, and diced cheese to start the pasta salad. 3. Add mayonnaise and sour cream to the pasta salad ingredients. 4. Season with black pepper and mix all the pasta salad ingredients thoroughly until well combined. 5. Prepare the vegetables for grilling by seasoning the green onions, jalapeños, yellow peppers, and nopales with salt and pepper. 6. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. 7. Place the seasoned arrachera and vegetables on the hot grill. 8. Grill the steak for a few minutes on each side to your desired doneness, and grill the vegetables until they are tender and charred. 9. Remove the steak and vegetables from the grill. 10. Serve the grilled arrachera on a plate with a side of pasta salad, grilled vegetables, beans, and top with salsa.
