Instructions
Start by seasoning your chicken with A Toda Madre. Cook your favorite pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside. Slice up the Evergood Sausage hot links, cook them until they've got a perfect color, then remove from the pan. Cook the seasoned chicken in the same pan until done, then set aside. For the sauce, combine ¼ cup unsalted butter, 2 cups heavy whipping cream, ¼ tsp salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, pizza seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika in a pan over medium heat. Once it starts to warm, stir in 1 cup mozzarella cheese, ½ cup parmesan cheese, and ½ cup pasta water. Continue to stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth and creamy. Once the cheese melts, toss in your cooked pasta, chicken, and hot links. Mix it up thoroughly to coat everything in the sauce.
