What you need

fl oz corn oil
Instructions
1: Add 2 Roma tomatoes, 2 Serrano’s, 2 garlic cloves, and cilantro to a blender with 8 ounces of water. Add salt and blend until smooth. 2: Cut the beef, onions, 5 Serrano’s, and 2 Roma tomatoes into strips. 3: Heat Mazola Corn Oil in a preheated pan over medium-high heat. 4: Add meat to the pan, season with your favorite steak seasoning, and cook until most of the juice has evaporated. 5: Add onions to the beef, stir, and cook for a couple of minutes. 6: Continue the same process with the Serrano’s, then add the tomatoes. 7: Add your prepared sauce and mix with the ingredients. 8: Let it come to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. 9: Serve your bistek with your favorite Mexican side dish such as rice or beans or both.View original recipe
