Instructions
1. For the sauce: Fry onion, garlic, chile de árbol, and tomatoes. Add salt and pepper, blend with El Matador Guajillo Chile Adobo, chipotles, bouillon, and water. 2. Mix shrimp with El Matador Seafood Seasoning, egg, and breadcrumbs — roll into meatballs. 3. Boil potatoes, carrots, and celery for 7–10 minutes, then add zucchini. 4. Add strained sauce to the pot, season to taste. 5. Drop in shrimp meatballs, add oregano, and simmer for 5–7 minutes. 6. Serve hot, topped with onion, cilantro, lime, and your favorite salsa.
