What you need

tbsp old bay seasoning

clove garlic
lemon

tbsp hot sauce

onion
tbsp dried oregano

tbsp sugar

tbsp chili powder

tbsp lemon pepper

tbsp red pepper flake
Instructions
1: In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 stick of the butter. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until soft and fragrant (but not browned). 2: Stir in Old Bay, oregano, lemon pepper, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and sugar. Let it toast slightly for 30–60 seconds to release the flavors. 3: Add the remaining 3 sticks of butter. Stir until fully melted. 4: Stir in the hot sauce and squeeze in the juice of one lemon. Let the sauce simmer gently for 2–3 more minutes, stirring occasionally. 5: For a smoother sauce, you can blend it or leave it as is for a chunkier, rustic look. 6: Brush over skewers before and during cooking, drizzle over finished crab boil sticks, or serve on the side as a dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 week and reheat before using.View original recipe
