Instructions
1: Season pork belly with salt, pepper, and garlic. 2: Place in smoker at 275°F with Perfect Mix Pellets. 3: Pork belly is done once it’s probe tender or it reaches an internal temp of 195 – 200°F. 4: Estimated cook time is about 2 hours. 5: Once cooked, remove from smoker and let it rest for 30 minutes. 6: Slice or chop pork belly, place in a tortilla and make a taco. 7: Top off with your favorite salsa or Pico de Gallo. 8: Enjoy!View original recipe
