What you need

tbsp montreal steak seasoning

can refried beans

Instructions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add halved jalapeño peppers and sear for a minute. 3. Add sliced onion to the skillet and season with black pepper. Sauté until the onions are soft. 4. Add the thinly sliced beef steak to the pan. 5. Stir everything together and cook until the steak is browned. 6. Sprinkle with additional seasoning and continue to cook until the meat is cooked through. 7. While the steak is cooking, warm flour tortillas on a separate comal or skillet. 8. Serve the bistec ranchero hot with refried beans topped with crumbled cheese, Mexican rice, and warm tortillas.
