Instructions
1. To prepare the salsa, place tomatillos, serrano peppers, onion, garlic cloves, and chicken bouillon powder into a blender. 2. Add water and blend until you reach the desired consistency. 3. Pour the salsa into a bowl and stir in freshly chopped cilantro and green onions. 4. Lightly heat the corn tortillas on a griddle to make them pliable. 5. Fill each tortilla with shredded chicken and fold it in half. 6. Fry the filled tacos in a skillet with hot oil until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides. 7. Remove the tacos from the oil and place them on a wire rack to drain excess oil. 8. To serve, gently open the tacos and fill with shredded lettuce. 9. Top with the prepared salsa verde, a drizzle of crema, and a sprinkle of crumbled cheese.
