What you need

Instructions
1. In a hot pan, toast the dried chiles, a quarter of an onion, and garlic cloves until fragrant. 2. Transfer the toasted ingredients to a blender. 3. In the same pan, cook the halved tomatoes until soft and slightly charred. 4. Add the cooked tomatoes, chicken bouillon powder, and water to the blender. 5. Blend until the salsa is smooth. 6. In a separate pan, cook the chopped steak until done. 7. Warm the corn tortillas on a hot griddle. 8. To assemble, spread a layer of guacamole on each tortilla. 9. Top with the cooked carne asada. 10. Garnish with diced white onion and chopped cilantro. 11. Finish with a generous drizzle of the roasted red salsa. 12. Serve immediately with lime wedges and sliced radishes.
