What you need

bunch cilantro

pinch black pepper

cup soy sauce

tbsp brown sugar

clove garlic clove

tbsp sesame oil

lb meat
Instructions
1. In a large bowl add your less sodium soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, cilantro, black pepper and mix well. 2. Add the flap meat and let it marinate for 20 minutes. 3. Preheat grill to medium high heat. 4. Grill meat to your desired doneness. 5. When you have the meat at the perfect point, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. 6. Slice and enjoy!
