What you need

fl oz lime juice

lb baby potato

tbsp old bay seasoning

tbsp seafood seasoning

Instructions
1: Bring to a boil ½ gallon of water and add 1 white onion split in half, 2 lemons cut into wedges, 1 pack of crawfish seasoning, 2 tbsp salt, and 3 tbsp Matador Seafood Seasoning. 2: Add 6 corn on the cob cut into bite-size pieces and let it boil for 15 minutes. 3: Remove the corn on the cob and add 3 lbs. of baby potatoes and boil until tender then remove your potatoes. 4: In another pot, add 6 sticks of unsalted butter and 4 sticks of salted butter and melt on low heat. 5: Add 3 heads of minced garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes. 6: Then add 2 tbsp of lemon pepper, 2 tbsp Old Bay, 2 tbsp cayenne pepper, 2 tbsp El Matador Seafood Seasoning, 2 tbsp El Matador Guajillo Chile Adobo and 1 cup of your broth. 7: Let it come to a boil and add 2 lbs of pork sausage cut into bite-size pieces and cook for 5 minutes. 8: Add 5 lbs. of shrimp and squeeze the lime juice of 2 lemons. Cook until the shrimp changes color. 9: In a large pan, add your potatoes, corn on the cob, shrimp, sausage, and pour all the sauce on top.View original recipe
